Join food preservationist, Brie Wakeland, for a Zoom workshop on how to make your own fire cider and elderberry syrup. A sweet and tangy tonic, fire cider has been used for many decades to prevent and fight off colds and flu, boost the immune system, and includes many other health benefits. Elderberry and its syrup derivative have been vastly explored as a natural remedy for various health conditions, including the flu, the common cold, and diabetes. Check out all of the other fabulous things going on at the Arboretum!
